Reservation Policies
All reservations MUST be prepaid 30 days in advance during the High Season, and 15 days in advance during the Low Season.


Children
We accept a maximum of 2 children under the age of 8 free of charge, if sharing the room with their parents.
Every guest over the age of 8 is considered an additional guest, and shall be charged and additional $10 net tax per day for breakfast services.

Reservation Cancellations/Modifications:

Cancellations, or modifications
Within 30 & 20 days 100% reimbursement
Within 20 & 15 days 50% reimbursement
Within 14 & 1 days 0% reimbursement
Any reservation made within 48 hours before arriving, will not have a reimbursement, In case of cancellation.

No Shows
Will be charged 100% of the
total number of nights reserved.
